Daily (nu)Disco Banger: Read My Mind by Metro Area
I'm fairly certain that if someone ever asks; "what the hell is Nu-disco?" You can just put this magnificent track on, and say nothing else. An all-time favorite group of mine; the slick, polished productions of Metro Area, the famed duo of Morgan Geist and Darshan Jeshrani, will forever be associated with my rambunctious and heady teen years. It's hard not to wax (no pun intended) nostalgic here, revisiting this absolute gem of a track.
Pulled from the 2007 release, Metro Area 7, "Read My Mind" features the excellent vocalist, Philip Owusu, delivering a sexy-as-all-hell performance. The strings, the intricately layered synths, the groove, the funky guitar riff; everything about this one is perfect for dancing the night away. Enjoy in good health and good company.

You are uploading others original work to DTube with no review, context, or whatever. I am linking to another (non-monetized) upload and reviewing and curating. The difference seems slight, but in terms of copyright infringement it is not so slight.
You are doing the exact same thing, sharing music. As for copyright infringement, you are as guilty as I am, if you want to go down that road.... Whether you added words or not isn't relevant to copyright...
Perhaps... But if that is the actual case, then do your own thing and I'll do mine. I do not believe you should be uploading non-original work to DTube and much of the community feels similarly, and you'll see that reflected in the upvote you aren't going to get. Best of luck.
