Song of the Day - Beyond the Sea (cover by Royal Crown Revue)
This is a cover of a song that was originally written in 1946 by Charles Trenet. I just love the song, and in particular this great cover by this band "Royal Crown Revue". The most famous version was probably by the singer Bobby Darin in the 1950's.

I remember listening to this album so much whilst studying at university and so it still has a special place in my heart. The rest of the album is also worth a listen if you are into big band jazz, ala Sinatra.
