Former Iwasaki Residence Garden（Yushima ,Tokyo）

Yushima is the garden of the former Iwasaki residence.
It might not be bad to sit on a bench and relax while looking at the garden.
I decided to go there right away.
The "Former Iwasaki Residence Garden" was built in Meiji 29 and is the residence of Mitsubishi's third president, Hisaya Iwasaki.
When you enter the main gate, you will be in a different world.
A magnificent stone wall continues.
Western-style building.
Shoes are prohibited in the building. It was covered with a fluffy red carpet.
You can visit the first and second floors.
Unfortunately, the basement where the kitchen is located and the third floor are off-limits.
Luxurious desks, chairs and bookshelves.
Old baccarat jugs and glasses displayed in cupboards.
English tiles on the floor.

Unfortunately, photography is prohibited in the luxurious hall.
There were signs saying "photography prohibited" in some places in the building.
On the other side is a balcony facing the garden.
In particular, the view of the garden from the guest room on the second floor was the best.
It is connected to the Japanese-style building by a passageway, and one of the three rooms is a café.
Unfortunately, the café was full.

The Western-style building is connected to the ball room by an underground passage.
The windows in the underpass to let in the light are also fashionable.

Eating and drinking are prohibited on the premises.
The only places where you can sit and rest are a corner of the solarium on the first floor of the Western-style building and a café in the Japanese-style building.
There were no benches in the garden.
It is not a garden where you can sit and take a rest, but it was the best refreshing spot for eye candy.
