Greetings to all of you. What is promised is debt! Here I leave some tables of measures and equivalences, in case you are one of those who are looking for perfection to surprise your loved ones with an excellent and delicious dessert.

As we all know, every time we see a pastry recipe on the internet or in any other medium. We begin to run and investigate what is the equivalent to the measure we use in our country, when the measures that we know are not there.

That is why I leave here the tables that we will use the most with pastry. So you will have no doubt about the measurements and their equivalences.
