You can prepare a basni lady dish with very little time and less ingredients, it is considered to be perfect for carrying during a vegetable journey because its self-life is more than the normal of candy lady's finger. Today, we will make delicious and very flavored Rajasthani dish basni (Besani Bhindi) that you can serve as a side dish with whole, paratha.

necessary ingredients -
Lady Finger - 250g (cut into 2 inch pieces)
Gram Flour - 2 Tablespoons
Ginger - 1 piece (grate)
Turmeric Powder - half a spoon
Coriander Powder 1 Tablespoon
Red Chilli Powder - half a teaspoon
Dry Mango Powder - 1 Tablespoon
Saunf Powder - half a teaspoon
Cumin Seeds - Half a teaspoon
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Garam Masala Powder - Fourth Tablespoon
Oil - 3-4 Tablespoons
Salt - according to the taste
Coriander Leaves - 2 teaspoons (finely chopped)
Method :-
To make Besani Bhindi, first wash the lady's finger thoroughly and remove her stalks, cut into 2-inch long pieces. Now add gram flour in a pan and fry it on a low flame continuously by running it, when the light brown color of the gram flour When the change began to occur and the fragrance of roasting roasted, stop the gas and keep the roasted gram flour in a bowl.

Now heat the oil in a pan, when the oil is heated properly, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds in the hot oil, fry the cumin, then add turmeric powder, coriander powder and grated ginger in it and fry them lightly. Now add chopped mustard to this roasted spice and mix it well with a whistle,

Now add salt, red chilli powder, sunflower powder, roasted gram flour, amchoor powder and garam masala powder and mix well and let the vegetables cover for about 4-5 minutes and cook on low flame.

After about 5 minutes, open the vegetable once and mix it with the cucumber and then cover it again with a plate and let it cook for 2 minutes. Now open the vegetable and check whether the lady has lost her or not, if the lentils are not broken, then she will be covered for 2-3 minutes and cooked again.

Turn off the gas when the beetle is gone. We do not want to roast more of the ladybug because if the beans are slightly crispy then the vegetables will look more delicious. Delicious Besani Vindi (Besani Bhindi) has become ready, remove the hot hot vegetable in the serving bowl and garnish with chopped green coriander and serve it with a paratha, whole chapati or roti.
