Ignoring my requests that you verify this account isn't helping to convince me that this is Gordon's official Steemit account. If you're part of his marketing team it stands to reason that you have access to his Twitter and Facebook too. I know Gordon is a busy man and probably won't have time to do an intro video but a tweet from his official account mentioning Steemit will confirm that this is his Steemit account.
