EASY Rack of lamb, Parmesan and lemon rind recipe! 🍖

Hey steemers!

This recipe will delight your taste buds and will not take you too long to prepare! It is a short, easy, fast and delicious recipe! I hope you try it, Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 rack of lamb with 6 ribs
1 tbsp. Olive oil
1 tbsp. Butter
1 tbsp. Mustard of Dijon
4 tbsp. Plain breadcrumbs
4 tbsp. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 lemons (zest)
4 tbsp. Chopped parsley
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation:

First you need to Preheat the oven to 220 ° C (425 ° F)

Remove a layer of fat on the meat. Salt and pepper the flesh generously.


Then, in a large frying pan, melt the butter in a spoonful of olive oil and sear the meat evenly over high heat. Remove the piece of meat and brush it with Dijon mustard.


In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, zest, parsley and pepper. Put it all over the lamb.

Put the lamb back into the frying pan and bake for 5 minutes. At the end of this time, remove from pan, cover with aluminum foil and place it in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Then allow the meat to rest for 5-6 minutes before serving.

When serving, cut the ribs between the bones! Looks better !
