New day, new recipe;)
Today I have a quick and healthy meal for you as always.

MIX BUCKWHEAT WITH CHICKEN

The portion has only 391 CAL

INGREDIENTS:

1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1 leek
200 g of chicken fillet
2 teaspoons of dried oregano
100 g of buckwheat
3/4 glasses of water
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
1/3 of the head of Chinese cabbage
100 g of salad spinach

PREPARATION

Fry the chopped garlic in a large pan in olive oil, add the chopped
seasoning, season with salt and pepper, fry for approx. 2 minutes, stirring
constantly. Cover and heat for a minute until the leek softens.
Cut the chicken into small cubes, season with salt, coarsely ground pepper
and dried oregano. Remove the lid from the pan, move the leek to the side,
place the chicken in the empty space and fry it thoroughly.
Pour in dry buckwheat groats, mix the ingredients and fry for 1 - 2
minutes. Pour in hot water with soy sauce and balsamic vinegar, bring to a
boil. Cover and cook for approx. 5 minutes.
Add finely chopped Chinese cabbage, mix, cover and cook for about 3
minutes. Remove the lid and stir fry for 3 minutes every now and then,
evaporating the excess liquid. Finally, add rinsed spinach, stir and heat
until the spinach fades.
