Sun-dubu JIggae ( soft tofu soup ) Korean Food - Simple Recipe
HELLO ALL
Today I will make a Sun-dubu JIggae (soft tofu soup ) Korean Food , Very simple and I'll show you how to make it so that you can all try it. Hope you like it :)
INGREDIENTS
- 1 packet of tofu (soft tofu),
- 100 grams of white mushrooms,
- 100 grams of zucchini,
- 100 grams of potatoes,
- 100 grams of shrimp or scallops or crab etc,
- 3 cloves garlic,
- 1/2 small onion,
- 2 scallions, and
- 2 chicken eggs
Cut zucchini, potatoes, mushrooms, shrimp and onions into small size
Chopped white onion. Sliced onion and set aside.
Then enter the zucchini and mushrooms. Then boiled again for 2-3 minutes.
While we wait, mix 1 tablespoon chili powder and 1 tablespoon cooking oil. Stir well.
Enter chili powder blend that we prepared earlier, also enter 1/2 teaspoon salt
and a little sugar, then boil for 2-3 minutes.
Enter the out into the soup. and set aside some time
add 2 eggs then boiled for 2-3 minutes
add the scallions and serve
