CRISPY KOLANG RECIPES WITH SWEET SWEET SWEET

Vegetables can be made a nice snack, one of them cauliflower. Simply fried krispi and made sauce, you can eat well and healthy. Here's the recipe.

Ingredients:

- 1 cauliflower coppers, cut into pieces

- 4 tablespoons of wheat flour

- 3 tablespoons large flour

- 2 cloves of garlic

- 1 tsp salt

- 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder

- enough water


Sauce ingredients:

- 2 tbsp tomato sauce

- 2 tablespoons chili sauce

- 1 cloves of garlic

- 3 pieces of cayenne pepper

- 1 tbsp sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- oil for sauteing

- enough water


How to make:

1. Wash the cauliflower with salt water to keep the caterpillars and dirt inside.

2. Puree the garlic and salt. Mix the flour until thick. Dip the cauliflower and fry until browned or cooked. Set aside.

3. Puree garlic and chili. Saute until fragrant, put ketchup, chili sauce and a little water. Cook until boiling. Enter       the sugar and salt, stirring until dissolved and thickened.

4. Put the fried cauliflower into the sauce, stir well with the sauce.


Ready to serve for snacks. Can also for side dishes with warm rice.
