No, it's texture is not like a grain bread. It would be more like a banana bread, so kinda cakey. And no crispy crust. But it fulfills the function of bread for someone who doesn't have grains. It's a bit heavy for a double sided sandwich but great for an open sandwich. And its so much more nutrient dense that you don't need as much to feel satisfied.

Almond flour is lighter than cashews, and coconut flour is closest to a grain bread, though I find it a bit dry on its own.
