THERES NO, SUGAR, YEAST OR EGGS! These are very healthy , and make a great breakfast especially for those on a low fat diet, or just cant eat eggs due to alergies and there also yeast free! These muffins are very moist and delicious! I recieved this recipe from an old friend years ago! And every time I
make them for my family i get nothing but compliments! Infact my oldest son now 29 called me up for the recipe and now makes them on Sunday mornings for his girlfriend, their that easy, lol!
This recipe is great because it makes 18 muffins that freeze very well, you can just take out what you need and microwave, or warm in toaster oven , right from frozen! Ok heres the recipe!
Prehat oven to 350F and grease or line 18 muffin tins.
Ingredients-
1 cup water
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinamon
3 cups flour
3 granny smith apples, peeled, cored and shredded
1 cup chopped pitted dates
1 cup chopped seedless grapes
2 oranges zested and juiced
1/2cup chopped walnuts

Mix honey, water, dates, baking soda in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat , simmer till dates are softened, about 2 min,. Remove from heat let cool. Pour mixture into a large mixing bowl , then add all the remaining ingredients EXCEPT the flour and mix. Now add the flour folding in just to combine, do not over mix.
Fill muffin tins equally , and bake for 25 to min. Or till tops are golden brown! ENJOY!
There are many variations , but this ones the best i have made! Please coment and try them out, i would love to hear what you think of them, !

Are you saying that's a coincidence?

Even if you hadn't been caught continuously plagiarising already, I wouldn't believe you.

Did you even read what i said, thats the way the recipe read that i got from my friend! If she copied it how was i supposed to know! thats exactly the same way i have always made it for my family! For many years, i really dont care if you dont believe me, you know theres alot worse stuff here on steemit you should be flagging! And leave us small people alone. I mean seriously! Dont worry like all the other minnows i too am getting tired of being afraid to say or write anything. And will be leaving soon as this targetting never seems to stop. I will take a break from steemit for awhile i was going to invest but im certainly having second thoughts now!

You have shown flagrant disregard for peoples intellectual property, and now you're trying to act like a victim because you've been caught, again, and again, and again.
Your claim that you got the recipe off a friend is absurd and your behaviour is utterly childish. The community will not tolerate plagiarism when they are working their asses off to provide original content.
Rather than drawing more attention and scrutiny to yourself, you really should apologise and move on. You're doing yourself no favours by digging your heels in.
Good luck.

The fact that your calling me a lier and childish happens to be the most childish thing i have heard on steemit! This is my final reply to your childish insults. Heres a new post demonstrating exactly the knid of stuff that should be flagged on steemit! FILL YOUR BOOTS!
