One of my favorite herbs ever. Try it with garlic in an aioli. Basically make the aioli with egg yolks, oil and salt like you would mayo. I do it in the food processor then add fresh garlic and cilantro. It is so good and a decipus spread for anything.
I agree and was hoping you would look at this idea and add your own ideas.
