Good evening, dear friends! I present you the recipe for cooking casserole .
A casserole with meat, but one who did not eat meat can easily take this recipe by replacing meat with mushrooms.
you need:
Potatoes - 800 g
Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
Forcemeat- 600 g
Cheese (mozzarella) - 200 g
Sour cream 250 g
Olive oil (vegetable oil) , salt, pepper, oregano
Step One: boil the potatoes (do not forget to salt!) , peel it
Step two: fry the forcemeat by adding salt and pepper
Step Three: slice the tomatoes thinly.
Step four: put the potatoes, forcemeat, sour cream, tomatoes, oregano, cheese in baking dish
Step Five: Bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees
