Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
one package silken tofu
one can pumpkin puree
quarter cup white sugar
half teaspoon salt
one teaspoon ground cinnamon
half teaspoon ground ginger
quarter teaspoon ground cloves
one unbaked pie crust
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Period: 55 minutes
Ready In: 120 minutes
Put the tofu, pumpkin, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and clove into a blender. Puree till soft. Fill into the pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven fifteen minutes, then lessen heat to 350 degrees F, and continue baking till a knife inserted into the mixture comes out clean, about forty minutes more.
