Healthy Vegan Pancakes
Ingredients
one and fourth cups all-purpose flour
two tablespoons white sugar
two teaspoons baking powder
half teaspoon salt
one and fourth cups water
one tablespoon oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Period: 10 minutes
Ready In: 15 minutes
In a bowl sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk the water and oil together in a small bowl. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients, and pour in the wet. Mix it well just till blended, mixture will be lumpy.
Flame a lightly oiled griddle over medium-high heat. Put batter by large spoonfuls onto the griddle, and cook till bubbles form and the edges are dry. Flip, and cook until browned on the other side. Repeat with remaining batter.
