Ingredients
one cup malunggay leaves
one cup squash
one cup zucchini
one cup tofu
half onion
one cup water
two tomatoes
PROCEDURE
Combine all together tomatoes, onion, and squash in a deep sauce pan or pot. Put water and boil. After five minutes cooking, put tokwa and zucchini. When the zucchini is almost tender, put malunggay and cook for two minutes longer or till malunggay leaves are wilted. Remove from flame. Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh tomatoes and cilantro or kinchay (Chinese celery).
