Tofu
Recipe Servings: 6
Ingredients
one (eight ounce) container tofu
quarter cup one% milk
half teaspoon salt, or to your liking
half teaspoon pepper
one (ten ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
one teaspoon minced garlic
quarter cup diced onion
half cup shredded Cheddar cheese
half cup shredded Swiss cheese
one unbaked nine inch pie crust
PROCEDURE
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Period: 30 minutes
Ready In: 45 minutes
In a blender, mix tofu and milk; process till soft, putting more milk if required. Blend in salt and pepper.
In a medium sized dish, mix spinach, garlic, onion, Cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese and tofu mixture. Blend well, and fill into prepared pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for thirty minutes, or till set and golden brown on top. Let stand five minutes before slicing.
