Making Samosa / Samosa at home makes us feel very daunting. But if you try to make samosas by following the steps given below, you can make a delicious samosa at home. Samosas are made of a variety of ingredients, but today we have used mashed potatoes to make samosas. So let us know today how samosa is prepared in the house with potato 

Samosa ingredients 

 For Samosa cover: -
1) Maida - 1 cup
2) Ajvine - ¼ teaspoon (optional)
3) Oil - 1 spoon
4) salt - about ½ teaspoon

Materials Required for Potato Filling
1) Onion - 1
2) Green Chillies - 1
3) Ginger - ½ inch piece
4) Potatoes - 3 medium sized
5) Coriander leaves - a little (optional)
6) Chilli Powder - 1 Tablespoon
7) Turmeric powder - ¼ teaspoon
8) Coriander Powder - 1 Tablespoon
9) cumin powder - ½ teaspoon
10) Lemon juice for taste
11) Oil - 1 Tablespoon
12) cumin seeds - 1 spoon 

 Samosa recipe 

 The method of making the exterior cover of samosa:
Mix well, flour, salt and oil in a bowl with the help of fingers. Keep in mind that the oil should be well mixed in the mixture. By doing this, your samosa will become crisp.
Now add cumin seeds and light water to the mixture and prepare thick dough of the mixture.
After making the dough, wrap it with some damp cloth and keep it aside for 30 minutes. Until then we can make spices. 

 Method of making seasoning:
Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker, after boiling the potato, remove its peel and cut it into pieces and treat it well.
Now chop onions, ginger and green chillies well.

Now heat the oil in the kadhai, after it becomes hot, add cumin seeds,  then the onion, ginger, green chillies and light soak until the color  of the onion becomes light brown.
Now add Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder and Salt. Mix the mixture thoroughly and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Now add potatoes, coriander leaves and mix well. And stop the heat of gas.
Now pour some dried lime juice to taste in it. Now your potato masala is ready. 

 Let's now the recipe for making samosas 

 The first dough you had to make was to make small balls, you can make  the size of balls even more according to the size you want.
Now take a ball of flour and take it with a small ball and take it with a roll of bread. And cut off with the help of a knife. Now  he will look in half a round shape, after which the direct part of the  two sides is made by adding light water to each other. You can easily add it with the help of your fingers.
You have to fold the samosa like an ice cream angle. You can easily make angles with the help of flour made of flour.

Now add potato masala in the angle created. Do not waste too much spices, as much as your angle is the masala.
Now you can cover an angle from the upper part. For this you will need to put light water on the dough.
After folding the upper part, your samosa triangle will appear in the shape. After closing samosas from all sides you can also give it a nice shape. You can also change its size with the help of spoon.
This samosa will definitely make you feel like a triangle angle.

Now repeat the above method with the remaining flour again. After making the flour triangle samosas, keep all the samosas apart, now Samosas have a delay in frying.
Now heat the oil in the frying pan for frying. To  see whether the oil is hot or not, add a little bit of dough into the  oil, if the piece of flour starts coming up in the oil, then the oil has  been heated. It is important to have hot oil for frying samosa.
You can reduce the flame slightly after adding the samosas in hot oil. You can put 2-3 samosas together in a pan. After putting the samosa thoroughly fried on both sides. Unless the samosa is light golden then
