For Vegetable Stock

1/2 cup chopped cabbage

1/2 cup chopped carrots

1/4 cup chopped parsley

2 tablespoons chopped green onion

3 to 4 cauliflower flowers


For soup


4 cups of commodity stock

2 tablespoon oil

1 table-spoon finely chopped garlic

1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger

1 t-spoon finely chopped green chillies

2 tablespoons finely chopped cabbage

2 tablespoons finely chopped cauliflower

2 tablespoons finely chopped capsicum

2 tablespoons finely chopped carrots

2 tablespoons finely chopped tomatoes

1 tablespoon finely chopped mint

1/2 table-spoon finely chopped green coriander

2 tablespoon cornflower, 1/2 cup water mix

salt to taste

1 table-spoon soy sauce

1/4 t-spoon black pepper powder


For topping

fried noodles


Method -


For Vegetable Stock

Boil 6 cups of water in a bowl, add all vegetables and boil for 15-20 minutes on medium flame. Let the vegetables be frozen under the utensils and take out the stock. Remove vegetables and put them aside.


For soup


Heat oil over high flame in one embroidery and let the smoke out.

Add garlic, ginger and green chillies and roast them for a few seconds on high flame.

Take cabbage, cauliflower, capsicum, carrot, and roast them for a few minutes on high flame.

Add tomato, mint, green coriander and mix well and roast for 1 minute on high flame.

Add the vegetable stock and mix well and stir in between, stir fry them for 2-3 minutes.

Add salt, soy sauce, mix well and stir, stirring in between, on high heat and cook for 2 minutes.

Add a mixture of prepared cornflour-water and mix well and stir constantly for 2-3 minutes, stirring rapidly.

Add black pepper powder and mix well.

Serve immediately with fried noodles and serve them.
