A light and refreshing spring salad for any time of day that will give you with unsuspected energy and good mood. It is suitable both as a main dish and as a side dish for a meat or potato dish.
1 pc. Cucumbers
2-3 pcs. Tomatoes
1 Canned Sweet Corn
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 tsp. Honey
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons Olive oil
6 pcs. Eggs
Method of preparation
1. The washed lettuce leaves are cut into thin strips. Add the tomatoes and the chopped cucumber.
2. Top with a small can of sweet corn squeezed out of the sauce.
3. Finally, the dressing, consisting of lemon juice, honey, olive oil and salt, is watered.
4. Decorate with boiled eggs, cut into quarters.
