Potatoes with celery

Ingredients

• spicy herbs (for example, fresh thyme, rosemary, sage);
• 2 onions;
• 500 g of potatoes;
• 750 g of celery;
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
• 1 clove of garlic;
• a pinch of salt;
• a pinch of ground black pepper;
• 400 ml of vegetable broth;
• 50 g of unsalted butter;
• breadcrumbs.
  
  

Preparation

Rinse and chop the greens. Peel and thinly chop the onions, potatoes and celery.

Preheat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the vegetables and almost all the greens and cook until the vegetables soften.

Cut the garlic in half and grate them with a roasting dish. Then put the potatoes, onions and celery in a shape, salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the vegetables with broth, top with pieces of oil and cover with foil. Put the dish in a preheated oven for 200 ° C for 45 minutes.

Mix the rusks with the leftover herbs and a little olive oil. Take the form from the oven, grease this mixture with vegetables, cover with foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
