Hello friends, today I want to share with you this delicious dessert which is a coffee cake; The coffee is stimulating and delicious, and permeates with its soft aroma and flavor this cake, this recipe is perfect for parties and family gatherings, This rich dessert is ideal for coffee lovers and we can enjoy a few minutes just as your Preparation is easy and fast, it will be a dessert that we can not stop trying. - 2 cups of wheat flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 8 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of instant coffee
- ½ cup of melted butter
- 1 ½ cups of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of salt
1. Mix wheat flour, baking powder, salt and sugar
2. Add egg yolks, butter and dissolved coffee in a cup of water. We stir until all the ingredients are fully incorporated
3. Apart beat the egg white to the point of snow and incorporate into the coffee mixture. Beat until well incorporated into the mixture
4.Then, ready our mixture, in a mold covered with butter and flour we pour the mixture, and take to the oven previously preheated at medium temperature for one hour
5.Turn constantly so that this does not pass cooking and burn, when it is golden insert a knife or stick in the center of the cake and if it comes out clean, it is a sign that our cake is already. We take out of the oven and pass a knife around the cake to take off the edges and let cool
6. When it is cold, unmold and decorate to our liking, with coffee seeds and melted chocolate and chantilly cream; We can also fill in to make your taste unmatched
