Do you like candies? If so, this rich caramel will enchant your softness and sweetness in our mouth will make this appetizer a wish at all times. - 250 g of granulated sugar
- 100 ml of milk
- 30 g of honey
- 150 g of butter
- vanilla
- Edible oil
1. In a pot, mix the sugar, milk, honey and a little vanilla. Bring to a boil over low heat and stir constantly with a wooden spoon.
2. Once the boiling is reached, add the butter little by little, and continue cooking, stirring constantly, until the preparation of a golden color.
3. Place a square mold without bottom of 22 cm in diameter, on a sheet of paper lightly waxed with oil. Pour the caramel on top and let it cool a bit.
4. Remove the mold and cut the candy into small squares according to your taste. I recommend wrapping in cellophane, if it's for storage.
