Mousse cake with easy chocolate
Ingredients for a 22 cm mold
of diameter:
For the chocolate base:
100 g of dark chocolate
65 g of sugar
2 eggs
75 g of butter
30 g of flour
Chocolate mousse :
200 g of dark chocolate or milk
75 g of sugar
3 yellow
30 cl of whole cream (30% of mat.

Preparation:
For the chocolate cake
Preheat the oven to 160 C (320 F)
Melt the chocolate and the bain-marie butter.
Pour the melted chocolate into a container,
add the sugar and the eggs. Well incorporate the

Add the flour and mix.
Pour into a pastry ring resting on
a plate covered with parchment paper or
a removable mold buttered and floured.
Bake 15-20 min. Take out of the oven and leave
cool.
Chocolate mousse :
In a saucepan, make a syrup with the
sugar and water (2 tablespoons), bring to
boil and thicken 2 minutes
Whip the egg yolks in a bowl
pouring the syrup into the net, you get a
clear sparkling mixture
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or
bain marie, and add it to this preparation,
let it all cool down

Whip the liquid cream, let it be well
firm, then add to the chocolate mixture,
pour into the circle,
smooth the surface and let it take in the fridge 4
hours before unmolding
Decorate according to taste.
To have pretty pieces of cake soak the knife in hot water then wipe and
cut.
