material -


For achy marinade

1/2 cup buttermilk curd

1 table-spoon green chili pickle

1 tsp spoon chopped garlic

1 t-spoon fennel

1/4 t-spoon fenugreek seeds

1/4 T-Spoon Kalanji

1 t-spoon cumin seeds

1/4 t-spoon turmeric powder

1 table-spooned mustard oil

salt to taste


Other content -


2 cups chopped paneer in 1/2 inch chunk pieces


To serve-


Curd sauce


Method -


For achy marinade


Make a soft paste by mixing curd, green chilli and garlic in a mixer. Put them aside in a bowl and put it aside.


Grind all the remaining ingredients in blender and grind it. Mix well and pour milk powder and yogurt paste into a bowl. Put aside one.


Put a paneer and chili marinated in a bowl and lightly mix it and keep aside for 20 minutes.

Grate the pieces of marinated paneer in a skier and grill barbecue until it turns brown from the four sides.

Parsees with skimmed mint chutney and remove from skis.
