material -
For rice
2 1/2 cups cooked rice (basmati)
2 tablespoon oil
2 t-spoon finely chopped garlic
Flasks of 2 t-dried dry red chillies
1/2 cup sliced onion
3/4 cup capsicum
1/2 cup boiled sweet corn grains
2 Table-Spoon Tomato Catches
Salt, according to taste
For refried beans
Soak 1 1/2 cup, boiled and lightly crushed beans
1 table spoon oil
1 t-spoon finely chopped garlic
Flasks of 2 t-dried dry red chillies
1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup tomato catcup
1/2 t-spoon red chilli powder, optional
Salt, according to taste
Mix and make sour cream
1 cup ***** curd
2 t-lemon juice
Salt, according to taste
To make unleashed salsa
1 cup seedless finely chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 t-spoon dry red chili flakes
1 table-spoon finely chopped coriander, vacuum
Salt, according to taste
Other stuff
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
4 tablespoons cooked processed cheese
1 cup light crushed nacho chips
Method -
For rice
Heat oil in a wide non-stick pan and add garlic in it and fry it for a few seconds on medium flame.
Add flame and onion on dry red chillies and fry it on medium flame for 1 minute.
Add capsicum and fry it for 1 minute on medium flame.
Add cornstones in it and fry it for a few seconds on medium flame.
Add rice, tomato catchip and salt to it and mix it lightly and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes while stirring in between. Put aside one.
For refried beans
Heat oil in a wide non-stick pan, add flax of garlic and dry red chillies and roast it for a few seconds on medium flame.
Add green onions and fry it on medium flame for 1 minute.
Put tomato in it and mix well and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame. Continue to mildly spoon using the spoon
Add tomato catchup, ramma, red chili powder, salt and 1 table-spoon water and mix well and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes while stirring in between. Put aside one.
Bina to make cooked salsa
Pour all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well and use the last part of the spoon to stir. Put aside one.
Method of moving forward
Divide rice into 4 equal parts. Put aside one.
Divide the refrahed beans into 4 equal parts. Put aside one.
Divide the mixture of sour cream into 4 equal parts. Put aside one.
Divide the beans into 4 equal parts of the cooked salsa. Put aside one.
Before serving, hold a portion of rice in the serving bowl and take a little bit of it from the back of the spoon.
Keeping the refried beans on the rice, let it also slightly off the back of the spoon.
Put a piece of sour cream on top of it and spread it evenly using the last part of the spoon.
Spread a portion of the sausa cooked salsa evenly above it.
Finally, 1/2 tablespoons chopped green onion, 1 table-spoon processed cheese and 1/4 cup lightly crushed nacho chips spread uniformly.
