Simple Vanilla milk / Vanillemilch ganz einfach 🍶

Hello Steemians,

my son likes to drink vanilla milk at the moment, but since we didn't have vanilla milk at home yesterday, I just looked if I could make one myself with a vanilla pod that we still had with the bakery products. I think from now on, my little boy will always prefer to drink this milk like they do in the supermarket. He has already said this 😁.

mein Sohn trinkt zur Zeit sehr gerne Vanillemilch. Da wir aber gestern keine zuhause hatten, hab ich einfach mal geschaut ob ich mit einer Vanilleschote, die wir noch bei den Backartikeln hatten selbst eine herstellen kann. Ich denke ab jetzt wird mein kleiner Junge immer diese Milch lieber trinken wie die aus dem Supermarkt. Das hat er bereits auch schon so gesagt hat 😁.

Recipe:

1 vanilla pod
400 ml milk
1-2 tablespoons sugar
50 ml cream

Scratch the vanilla pod in half and put the pulp into a pot together with the pod.
Add the milk, cream and sugar and mix well with a whisk.
Cook slowly for 10 minutes and pass through a fine sieve. Enjoy hot or cold. Simply delicious!

Rezept:

1 Vanilleschote
400 ml Milch
1-2 Esslöffel Zucker
50 ml Sahne

Vanilleschote halbieren auskratzen und das Mark zusammen mit der Schote in einen Topf geben.
Die Milch, Sahne und den Zucker dazu geben und mit einem Schneebesen schön verrühren.
10 min langsam köcheln lassen und durch einen feinen Sieb geben. Warm oder Kalt genießen. Einfach köstlich
