BITTER GOURD CURRY – a simple recipe
What you need
- Bitter gourd 150 grams
- A pinch of turmeric powder
For grinding
- Two table spoons of grated coconut
- Two pieces of garlic
- One green chili, big size
- Half teaspoon mustard
- Two teaspoon curd
- Salt
For garnishing - Coconut oil, mustard, red chili 2 pieces and curry leaves.
How to do it
Cut the bitter gourd into thin slices. Marinate with salt and turmeric. Shallow fry it. Make a paste of items 3 to 8. Put it into a bowl, add the fried pieces, and mix both. Garnish with coconut oil, mustard, curry leaf and red chili. Transfer the garnished items into the bowl.
