Tea Egg Recipe 茶叶蛋食谱 #Chinese Food
Occasionally, I will buy some tea eggs from outside. These tea eggs are very tasty.
So I made some tea eggs at home today
偶尔也会在外面购买些茶叶蛋回来吃,外面的感觉比较入味。
所以今天就自己在家做了下茶叶蛋
食材: Ingredients:
鸡蛋 6个 Eggs 6
八角 3个 Star Anise 3
香叶 3片 Bay Leaf 3
茶叶 1包 Tea 1 pack
盐 1勺 Salt 1 spoon
老抽 1勺 Dark soy sauce 1 spoon
做法:Practice:
1.Boil 6 eggs in a pot first
1.先将6个蛋放入锅里煮熟
2.Wash Star Anise , tea and Bay Leaves
2.将八角,茶叶,香叶洗净
3.Gently shatter the boiled eggs with a spoon and then boil them in a boiling pot
3.将煮熟的鸡蛋用汤勺轻轻敲碎,然后放入烧开了水的锅里煮
4.Put the tea, star anise and Bay leaves into the pot and cook together.
4.将茶叶,八角,香叶放入锅里一起煮
5.Put a spoonful of salt
5.放入一勺盐巴
6.Put a spoonful of dark soy sauce
6.放入一勺老抽
7.Then cook for a little longer.Cooked and stored in marinade for a night, the taste will be better
7.然后煮久一点,入味了就可以了。煮熟了存放到卤汁了放一晚上在吃,味道会更好
