Rainbow Cake Recipe
If you are 90s kid must know this delicious snack .. used to be my little time hooked culinary jajanan this market. It feels good and sweet, it's hard to find this ice even been spelled rare, but I found the recipe .. it was not difficult to making it ...
Recipe:
450 ml of water
250 ml of liquid milk
65 ml thick coconut milk
95 grams of hunkwee flour
220 grams of sugar (can be added according to taste)
food coloring according to taste
How to make:
- mix all the ingredients together
- for 4 (@ 270 grams), add food coloring
- cook 1 per 1 until thick (no need to be very thick because it will be hard to pour into the pan, just until the dough start aja immediately lifted up while kept in stir)
- insert the mold, leave and immediately cook the dough with another color, pour into the mold, etc. (no need to wait for the first dough of the total set, because after cooking the next dough, the previous dough is half set / warm)
- let harden (can be at room temperature / insert refrigerator)
- Remove from the mold, cut to taste, seal the plastic
- enter the freezer and ready to enjoy
