Hi @zkalemiss I love your photos and post, and the cocktail looks delicious. I however don't know Aperol, what is it? I don't think we have it here in South Africa. (I will have to search for it, we might have it)
Aperol is a bitter sweer aperitif and it look likes campari..I m sure you will find it at south Africa. If not try it with campari but add some orange bitters.
