Is there anything more delicious than enjoying an animal that you raised responsibly and dispatched humanely.

Tonight's concoction:
Salt pork sauteed in the Instant Pot.
Rabbit (from our farm) pieces dredged in flour and browned in the Instant Pot.
1 bottle of Killian's Irish Red
1 package of sliced baby portobello

35 minutes under pressure. Fall off the bone goodness with a rich broth. Served it over rice
