Lemon Carlota with Greek style yogurt

Ingredients

• 30 Mary-type cookies

• 2 cans of yogurt

• 1 can of low fat condensed milk

• 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence

• 2 lemons, the juice

• 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  
  

Preparation

1.) Mix yogurt with condensed milk, lemon, vanilla essence and zest.

2.) Acommodate a layer of Mary-type cookies in a removable round mold, and cover with a portion of the yogurt mixture.

3.) Repeat the procedure until you have the desired layers.

4.) Freeze for 2 hours, decorate with slices of lemon and serve.
