- 2 tablespoons corn starch;
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice;
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- salt - to taste;
- 300 g of peeled shrimp;
- 200 g of breadcrumbs;

Mix the starch, lemon juice, pepper and salt. You can take other spices of your choice. Put the shrimp in this mixture, mix and leave for half an hour. Then roll the shrimp in breadcrumbs and fry in warm oil until golden brown.
