Today, July 5 is celebrated the Independence Day of Venezuela, as it is a day off we can take advantage of it to get together as a family and enjoy a good rib soup, now we call it as a family (soup contry), since with the expensive that are the inputs each one must collaborate with some item to taste as a family a rich soup.

So I share this rich recipe with you.

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 kilos of beef ribs
• 1 large onion
• 4 cloves garlic, peeled and whole
• 1 garlic porro, only the white part.
• 2 sweet peppers
• 1 composed of good grass, coriander and parsley
• 2 kilos of assorted vegetables, peeled and chopped into small pieces.
• Chopped parsley
• Salt
• Pepper to taste.

PREPARATION:

1.- To prepare the broth, place the chopped rib, onion, garlic, garlic, peppers, salt and a few grains of black pepper in a pot of water.
2.- Bring to a boil and boil, reduce to a simmer and cook until the meat is tender.
3.- Strain and eliminate waste, degrease the broth.
4.- Once defatted, bring it to a moderate heat with the vegetables and minced meat (fat-free) and cook until soft, but firm.
5.- Prepare a sauce and add it to the soup passed through a sieve.
6.- Add the compound tying and cook for 5 minutes.
7.- To serve remove the compound and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
8.- Accompany with arepas.
