Chicken in creamy tomato sauce
- 1 kg of chicken or turkey fillet;
- ½ teaspoon of turmeric;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- 1 teaspoon paprika;
- salt - to taste;
- 2 tablespoons butter;
- creamy tomato sauce.
Slice the chicken into large pieces. Add turmeric , pepper, paprika and salt, mix and leave for 15 minutes.
In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Put the chicken and fry until almost ready. Then add creamy tomato sauce and simmer for 10–15 minutes under a lid on low heat.
