Tasty cheese sticks
160 g plain flour
100 g of butter
100 g finely grated cheese (edam cheese)
10 g yeast (¼ cubes)
4 tablespoons milk - yolk for brushing
Procedure
Let the dough raising then rolling to 3 mm and cut it into bars (5-7 cm long and 1 cm wide) - chopped sticks finally crushing a beaten egg (for gloss). We lay side by side on a baking sheet on a baking paper.
Before sticks dropped in a oven so pretty with salt coarse salt. Bake at 120 deg. about 12 minutes until golden brown.
