Chef Master with food preparation / porridge

Hello fellow steemian, it your beloved steemian, corel drawing designer, chef Master back on steem blockchain.

Today I would love to teach everyone one of my best recipe which is yam porridge. I would start by listing the ingredient needed to achieve that below;

  • yam

  • water leaf (Eegu leave, slice to your prefer chioce)

  • pepper ( ground one)

  • seasoning (Magi, time, etc)

  • onions

  • red oil (epo pupa)

  • fish

procedure to follow to prepare the porridge.

  • step 1, getting your yam pilled, sliced and washed them very well before you put them in your pot, add water, salt and put it on the gas you light.
  • step 2, check the yam after 15mins you have put it on the gas.
  • step 3, add the pepper first and allow it for 5minute, before you had the water leaf (eegu leave), with the fish and cover the pot for some minutes.
  • step 4, add the seasoning after you open the pot again with oil and cover the pot to steam every thing together for some minute.

  • step 5, this step is based on choice but everyone do it, bring out your turning stick and used it to turn everything together and some people used the turning stick to break the yam if the yam was slice very big. Allowed it to steam up a little bit, drop it from the gas and off the gas. the porridge is ready to serve.
