Monday is here, Tiramisu is the solution !
Tiramisù is very popular where i live, we use to bake it very often. Is not difficoult to do and it taste always good. You need :
3\4 cup of white sugar,2/3 cup of milk, 3 cup of cream mascarpone, 2 teaspoon vanilla, 3 cup of cream, 2 cup of breweed italian coffee, 3 spoons of rum, 2 packeges of pavesini cookies.
Tale coffee and pur it on the pavesini, they must be half wet than put on them the sugar, how much you wish.
In another bowl mix vanilla, sugar and mascarpone, when they are well mixed do in another bowl a cream with the milk, than add it to the previous cream. Mix them and put it on the pavesini, pavesini cream, pavesini cream Luke a palace, a line over another, in the end add a Spoon of rum or of you Like it previousely mix it in the cream , than put the cake in the frudge FoR 35 minutes..and wait !!

I like both!! But i prefere rum with caccao cakes:)

I´ff made this often in Italy and Zwitserland. It tastes very nice when you add a layer of lemon confiture. Bon Apetite!

Ah ah i still not found a good solution for monday mornings but a cake make it less bitter :p
