FIG-Pumpkin licious latte
I love the spring weather here in Medellin. However, I do miss winter traditions like snuggling up in front of a fireplace with a hot drink in the States. Especially my Fig-pumpkin rendition of a traditional latte.
The latte isn't just delicious, it's nutritional. Figs are great for strengthening the reproductive system and digestion. Figs are commonly known for prostate health. This recipe is also alkaline a favorite among vegans. Very Delicious!
3 Black mission figs (dried )
1 Tbsp. Pumpkin spice
1 Tbsp. Hemp seeds
1 Tsp. Coconut oil
A pinch of pink salt
1 Tbsp Sea moss gel ( optional )
2 1/2 cups of water
Add liquid, gel and oil to blend first, next add remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
