Recipe: ๐ easy and delicious banana cake ๐ (step by step images)๐ธ
At home we tried not to throw away any food, I had some ripe bananas and I said: let's get to work, let's make a cake! and I thought I'd share them with you so that you can have them at your fingertips if this happens, or just for a whim, you'll see that it's a super simple recipe and it's super tasty.
And you will also enjoy the magical properties of the banana:

And even its shell can be used for:
๐Treat acne and prevent wrinkles: rub the shell over your face at night, leave for a few minutes, then rinse.

Ingredients:
๐3 ripe bananas
๐1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
๐1 cup sugar
๐1 teaspoon cinnamon
๐1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
๐1/2 teaspoon baking soda
๐3 eggs
๐1 cup oil
๐3 teaspoons cold water
๐A pinch of salt
Optional: raisins, nuts, chocolate drops
Preparation:
We light the oven so that it heats up.
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl:
The flour
The sugar
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Baking soda
Pinch of salt
Mix in another container:
Ripe bananas are crushed with a fork.
Add the eggs.
Cup of oil
3 teaspoons cold water
Blend
Mix all the ingredients with the help of a trowel.
Optional: put chocolate chips on it
Place in the container previously covered with butter and flour.
Bake for 45 min at 180ยบ.

Now those actually look like chips of chocolate, rather than the kind we usually get in a bag in the store that look like miniature hershey kisses. I might actually like that. I'm just not a major fan of semi-sweet chocolate. My preference is walnuts, but this looks super good.
