Recipe Of Cake

Ingredients
3 cup sifted all purpose flour
1/4 teaspon baking soda
1/4 teaspon salt
1 cup better temperature
3 teaspon white sugar
6 eggs room temperature
1/2 teaspon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspon orange extract
1/4 teaspon almond extract
1 cup sour cream

Directions
Time : 1h

1. Preheat over to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).Grease and flour a 10- inch tube pan.
2. Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside
3. In a large bowl, cream together the buttar and sugar until light and fluffy. It should be noticeable lighter in colour. Add eggs one at time, beating well each other addition. Stir in vanilla, orange and almonds extracts. Blend in the flour mixture alternative with sour cream, until fully incorporated. Pour batter into prepared pan.
4. Bake in yhe preheated pver until a toothpick inserted into the center of cake comes out clean, about 70 minutes. Allow cakes to cool on rack before removing form pan to completely.
