Today the restaurant or dhaba style tasty potato cabbage is made. Aaj banate ha restaurant ya style style ki aloo gobhi
Restaurant potato cabbage aloo gobhi is the heart of eating but do not want to go out of the house if you do not mind. You can make potato cabbage curry in the same restaurant style at home. It can be made quicker on the party and on any special occasion. Now how is this made, let us tell you-

Ingredients needed for delicious potato cabbage - Ingredients needed for aloo gobhi
Flower of cabbage - 1 (350-400 g)
Potato - (Potato) 350 gms
Tomato 2 (150 grams)
Ginger - 1 - 1.5 inches
Green Chilly 2
Green coriander - 2-3 tablespoons (finely chopped)
Oil - for frying and for making vegetables
Cumin - ½ teaspoon
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Turmeric powder - (turmeric powder) 1/4 teaspoon
Sabut garam masala - 2 large cardamom, ½ inch cinnamon, 3 cloves, 8-10 black pepper
Coriander Powder - 1.5 teaspoons
Garam Masala - ¼ teaspoon
Red chilly powder - ½ teaspoon
Kasuri Fenugreek - 2 teaspoons
Salt - (salt) a little over 1 tsp or as per taste

This will make potato cabbage - this is how aloo gobhi made

  • Wash cauliflower stalks and cut them into small pieces and wash. Peel the peas (peel the potatoes) and wash and cut each pot into 6 pieces (cut a single potato in 6 pieces).

Grind tomatoes, ginger and green chillies. Cut ginger into a little ginger in small and long pieces.

  • Now add oil to the pan and heat well. When the oil is hot, add potatoes until it becomes brown brown in color (fry potatoes till it change to golden brown in color).

Now take the fry in this oil until it becomes light brown.

  • Now leave 2-3 table spoon oil in the embroidery and remove excess oil. Add cumin and asafetida to the oil and fry it.

Then add chopped ginger, turmeric powder, coriander powder, green chillies and cracked garam masala and kasoori fenugreek and fry the all written ingredients.

Add tomato, ginger, green chilli paste and fry it with red chili powder, until the oil starts to float over the spices.

After frying the masala, add ½ cup of water, salt, garam masala and boil it.

After boiling for some time, add fried cauliflower-potatoes and green coriander and mix it and cover and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.

  • Potato cabbage is ready in the restaurant or dhaba style. Now remove it in a vessel and garnish it with green coriander.

Serve and eat with garamas, hot parathas, naan, chapati or rice (serve at eat with roti, parantha or rice) and eat.
