You can easily remove the pure ghee from the cream of milk at home in 30 minutes. For this, you have to deposit milk cream first.

Put the butter in a frying pan and keep it for melting on the gas. Keep stirring it on low flame. It will begin to become slim. Cook it on a low flame until golden brown. Keep in mind that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan.


When the butter starts melting slowly, ghee starts to separate. After some time, ghee will float on top of the pan in the pan. Then filter it using sieve after it cools.
