Boyfriend loves to eat sweet and sour tenderloin very much, the simplest and most appropriate cooking way, share everybody.✌️

【The materials】📖
Pig pork——700 g
Ginger——1 piece
One egg
salt——1/2 teaspoon
Cooking wine——1 spoon
Starch——5+2 tablespoons
flour——7 tablespoons
Sugar——2 teaspoons
Ketchup——2 tablespoons
vinegar——1.5 teaspoons
Light soy sauce——2 tablespoons
Proper amount of white sesame
Water right amount
Black pepper

Beat the tenderloin loose with the back of the knife and cut it into strips🌟 (remember to cut the fibers)

Add ginger juice (squeeze the ginger or cut it into chunks thrown in) 1 tablespoon cooking wine +1 egg + 1/2 tablespoon salt + black pepper.Soak for 20 minutes.

5 TBSP starch +7 TBSP flour, mix well.

Wrap all tenderloin in powder and set aside.

*Heat the oil in the pot, turn it into a small fire after hot, quickly put the tenderloin into the pot one by one, harden and white, then remove.
*Heat the oil very hot. Throw in the tenderloin which has been Fried once. Take it out in 7-8 seconds.

Strain oil with a slotted spoon or greaseproof paper.

*Sauce preparation1 :4 TBSP water +2 TBSP sugar +2 TBSP ketchup +1.5 TBSP vinegar +2 TBSP light soy sauce.
*Sauce preparation2: 2 tablespoons water +2 tablespoons starch!

1⃣️Heat the oil in the pan and pour the sauce 1 into the pan.
2⃣️Slowly pour in the sauce 2 and stir constantly.
3⃣️Pour in the tenderloin, turn it over, and cover each side with the sauce.
