FUSILLI AL POMODORO CON RICOTTA
Ecco la ricetta del giorno!
Non potevano mancare a tavola essendo domenica i fusilli con la ricotta e il pomodoro.
INGREDIENTI PER 4 PERSONE:
- 400 gr di fusilli
- 750 ml di pomodoro passato
- 250 gr di ricotta vaccina fresca calabrese
- Olio evo q.b.
- Sale q.b.
- Mezzo bicchiere di vino rosso
- Prezzemolo tritato
- Basilico tritato
- 1 cipolla di Tropea piccola
- Parmigiano grattugiato
PROCEDIMENTO:
In una pentola versare un pò di olio evo e la cipolla tritata. Far imbiondire la cipolla per qualche minuto, aggiungere il vino e farlo sfumare.Unire il pomodoro passato, un pò di sale, il prezzemolo tritato ed il basilico spezzettato. Far cuocere per circa un’ora a fuoco lento finché il sugo diventa ristretto.
Cuocere la pasta in abbondante acqua salata. Scolarla e versala nella pentola con il sugo, unire la ricotta e mescolare sul fuoco per pochi secondi finché diventi tutto ben amalgamato.
Impiattare i fusilli e spolverizzare con il parmigiano grattugiato.
