Carrots are very good for health in the winter season. You can drink even after making juice, and if you are not interested in Juice, you can also make some vegetables.
The recipe for cooking carrots is quite simple and there is no need to put other vegetables in it. If you have less time, you can quickly make carrot vagetables and take it to lunch box.
Three cups chopped carrots
One onion chopped
half a tablespoon of rye, one tablespoon of Fenugreek and cumin, pinch hing.
half a teaspoon turmeric and Coriander powder
dry red chillies
Three large tablespoons oil
Salt taste accordingly
The first thing to do is to heat oil in the cauldron.
After oil is heated, add rye and cumin seeds to it.
Then add red chilli, Fenugreek and Hing(Asafetida) Mix in it.
After adding it, put the onion and boiling it for a few minutes.
When the onions are boiled add chopped carrots and mix them exactly.
Let it stand for 5 to 7 minutes and then add turmeric, coriander powder and salt to it and mix it properly.
After finishing all the spices, keep the cover on it and let the vegetables cook for 8 to 10 minutes (specially, do not pour water in it). So the carrot's vegetable is ready.
