necessary ingredients
1 pork pork (sliced in pieces)
1 small cup jaggery
1 large cup coconut water
Half small cup honey
1 small cup fish sauce
4 dry red chillies (cut into pieces)
Salt to taste
Method
First, melt the jaggery in a pan in a low flame and melt it.
- Pour pieces of pork into the pan and mix them with jaggery, stirring well with curry. (Nalli-Nihari)
Now add coconut water, fish sauce, honey and mix it. (Kashmiri Chaman)
