QUICK N' EASY RECIPE | HEALTH NUT BLUEBERRY MUFFINS

Health Nut Blueberry Muffins is an awesome healthy alternative to the usual blueberry muffin.
It doesn't take much time to cook.
Do you wanna make one? (Ha, not one, I wanna make more!!)
Then let's go.

Prep time: 15 Minutes
Cook time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients:

All-purpose flour(3/4 cup)
Whole wheat flour(3/4 cup)
White sugar(3/4 cup)
Oat bran(1/4 cup)
Fast-cooking oats(1/4 cup)
Wheat germ(1/4 cup)
Baking Powder(1 teaspoon)
Baking soda(1 teaspoon)
Salt(1 teaspoon)
Blueberries(1 cup)
Walnuts(1/2 cup, chopped)
1 mashed banana
Buttermilk(1 cup)
1 egg
Vegetable oil(1 tablespoon)
Vanilla extract(1 tablespoon)

Directions:

1)Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C(350 degrees F), and line with paper muffin cups.

2)Take two large bowls. In one large bowl, stir together the all-purpose flour, sugar, oat bran, whole wheat flour, baking powder, wheat germ, fast-cooking oats, baking soda, and salt. Put the chopped walnuts and blueberries and stir again.
In another bowl, mix together the buttermilk, mashed banana, egg, vanilla and oil. Pour and mix the wet ingredients in the dry until blended.

3)Now, fill into the muffin cups to the top.

4)Bake for at least 15 minutes, until the muffin tops spring back when touched.
